Congratulations!
We won! 68% of those of who voted said NO to Apple’s proposed NEA. This sends a clear message to the world’s largest company that its workers want better, and want to have a say in its workplace conditions and wages. This is a tremendous win for us all and we’re super proud of everyone in the business who has helped achieve this from our retail to AppleCare/AHA, sales, and engineering teams.
Apple will no doubt take some time to assess how it should proceed next, but they will ultimately have to return and bargain again; and when they do, we will be ready.
